The Barn Door Buffet serves two purposes:
- Display items - On each side of the closed doors are shelves to display personal items including watercolor paintings from a recent trip to Venice.
- Storage items - Behind the doors is useful storage. Many possibilities such as a coffee bar, wine bar, or extra storage for small kitchen gadgets.
